Pioneer Court was purchased in 2018 to create affordable housing in the Colorado City area. It began as a small community but we have put resources into expanding and beautifying that vision and creating even more affordable homes. Our Team and their families live in the area and love serving the community. Surrounded by the Red Rocks of South Zion, our community offers not only beautiful scenery but everything you need to live comfortably.
